I tried Reqall, Remember the Milk and Jott. They all work well, but honestly, I don't want to pay a monthly fee for a ToDo app. No matter what the bells and whistles. 

I use Google for everything else and now I can use their task list. This app works even when you have no wi-fi and will sync later. Now I can have it on my iTouch and iPad and keep them both synced. I really like that it supports Google tasks feature to create group headers and move items under sections.
