Hootsuite is the best choice for managing multiple Twitter accounts. Easily create custom Twitter groups and searches. Track stats with the URL shortener and now you can even upload and share files. The Bookmarklet make sit easy to share what your reading and it was very easy to integrate it into the new Google Reader SEND TO function.
The user interface is one of the best designed I have ever used. It also support multiple editors.
Can't wait until they have an iPhone app available.
